We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Head of Transactional FX, Asia.
Lead the Transactional FX Asia team and work with the global Transactional FX (TFX) team to effectively execute the growth strategy in Transactional FX in APAC and Globally. Driving volume, profitability and strategy awareness through client acquisition, marketing, and relationship management (internal & external) efforts.
In this role you will:
- Solution specialist for TFX related interaction: interface with and be the TFX subject matter expert to key product stakeholders within Corporate & Institutional Banking, Commercial Banking, Global Payments Solutions (GPS) and Global Trade Services (GTS) to drive product awareness and build a healthy client pipeline
- Lead or Assist with the design and implementation of the architectural landscape in APAC
- Lead the team with on-boarding efforts for mandated Transactional FX opportunities.
To be successful you will need:
- Ability to lead individuals in a matrix organization across locations.
- Comfortable in a start-up environment, pragmatic, proactive, entrepreneurial
- Experience with FX, Payments, APIs and related technology
- Experience within a multi-stakeholder, multi-buying group sales environment
- Track record of effectively selling and implementing enterprise solutions front to back
- Proactive thinker, problem solver, with the ability to create apt solutions.
- High level of self-motivation and team player with the ability to perform in a high-pressure environment with limited supervision.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration across businesses
- Some understanding of local and global regulatory environment
