We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Product Marketing and Campaigns.

In this role you will:

  • Create clear, engaging, and compelling marketing literature for life and health insurance products, including brochures, cheat sheets, product videos, and sales kits.
  • Ensure all written materials resonate with target audiences with clarity, relevance, and ease of understanding for diverse audiences including customers and sellers, while maintaining HSBC’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful materials for product launches, enhancements, and regulatory-driven changes.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs, seller propositions, and market trends to inform content creation and messaging strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of marketing materials.
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, compliance, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality materials within deadlines.
  • Assist in managing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials & initiatives; Provide ad-hoc support for other marketing initiatives and projects to supoort the wider marketing team as required.

To be successful you will need:

  • Relevant proven experience in content development within the life insurance industry with good knowledge of life and health insurance products, customer segmentation, and effective sales proposition strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to craft engaging, easy-to-understand, and impactful marketing content tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and committed mindset with a “can-do” attitude with strong analytical skills and ability to navigate challenges with solutions.
  • Open to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.
