We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Distribution Performance Management.

 

In this role you will:

  • Maintain a robust end-to-end tracker for campaigns/incentives, and deliver timely reports to distributors in line with agreed timeline
  • Build and maintain reporting to support the agency channel, ensuring on-time delivery, high data accuracy, and clear documentation of assumptions and sources
  • Manage distributor and internal stakeholder queries promptly, investigating root causes and providing clear resolutions within agreed turnaround times
  • Enhance and streamline existing reporting and operational processes, ensuring templates are standardised, well-governed, and consistently applied
  • Own and maintain the Digione report, understanding the full input/output file flow and investigating any distributor-raised discrepancies or issues
  • Produce a Post-Implementation Review (PIR) six months after campaign completion, capturing performance outcomes, lessons learned, and improvement actions
  • Provide accurate, timely reporting for ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders and distributors, prioritising effectively and communicating delivery timelines

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel (Formula, Power Query), Qlik Sense. Proficiency in VBA & Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
  • Resourceful, Independent & strong problem solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders
