We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as AVP, Retail Bank Marketing
In this role you will:
- Reporting to the Vice President, Retail Marketing the job holder will be mainly responsible for implementing marketing strategies and activities through various strategic campaigns for the retail banking portfolio
- Support revenue growth of the Emerging Affluent (EA) segment for Banking, Credit cards and loans via integrated Full Funnel, data-driven marketing activities that increase awareness, consideration, and adoption of products amongst existing and new customers.
- Plan and deliver full funnel marketing approach across offline channels, social media, digital channels and affiliate partners that drive conversions
- Work with various creative, media and digital agencies and manage and lead end-to-end campaign planning, evaluation and reporting.
- Work independently to nurture and manage internal (business, compliance, legal, group communications) and external (agencies, production, partners) stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with business priorities
- Manage budget and track expenses in accordance with the department’s guidelines
- Ensure all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values
To be successful you will need:
- Proven track record delivering marketing outcomes, with strong digital marketing capability and experience driving social media engagement.
- Strong data analysis and insight development capability
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail.
- Able to take the lead on projects and strategy development and influence/ build relationships with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work under pressure
- Effective interpersonal and project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects
- Results-oriented and well-organised
