HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as AVP, Executive Premier Service Manager

In this role you will:

  • Deliver end-to-end premium servicing across account maintenance, payments support, troubleshooting and follow-ups, meeting high expectations for confidentiality and responsiveness.
  • Execute client requests right-first-time by applying stringent verification, approvals and documentation checks, reducing rework and turnaround delays.
  • Embed heightened vigilance for Special Category Clients (SCC)/Politically Exposed Persons (PEP)/VIP servicing by identifying and escalating red flags (e.g., unusual transaction patterns, third‑party instructions, inconsistent client details).
  • Strengthen governance outcomes through disciplined recordkeeping, clear service notes and complete evidence trails to support reviews and audits.
  • Drive KYC/CDD/EDD case progression by coordinating document follow-ups, appointments and reminders, improving submission readiness and reducing downstream rejections.
  • Maintain structured tracking of outstanding KYC items, due dates and client touchpoints, ensuring cases progress within agreed timelines.
  • Manage servicing queues and prioritisation across a sensitive portfolio, balancing service excellence with control requirements and delegated authority.
  • Partner with Contact Centre, branches, Operations, onboarding/KYC teams and Compliance/FCC to remove blockers quickly and improve the end-to-end client experience.

To be successful you will need:

  • Degree holder with relevant experience in a retail banking environment.
  • Strong banking and product knowledge is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong risk and controls mindset, with experience in KYC/CDD/EDD, verification standards and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines, including effective queue/case management and coordination across frontline, Operations and Compliance/FCC.
