We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an ASEAN property analyst

In this role you will:

  • Analyst for ASEAN property sector responsible for formulating selective stock views and supporting senior property analyst on stock and sector coverage.
  • Write stock, sector and/or thematic reports, maintain financial models and industry databases, participate in company meetings and presentations, fulfil client requests, engage with company management and investor relations as well as developing industry contacts
  • Collaboration with colleagues in regional and global team on thematic research reports.
  • Pro-actively servicing external clients to deliver client votes as well as satisfying demands of internal stakeholders

To be successful you will need

  • Solid understanding of the property sector; familiarity with ASEAN real estate markets is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to different audiences
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, comfortable working with large and complex datasets
  • Self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities proactively
  • Collaborative team player who’s diligent, well-organised, and naturally curious with an investigative mindset
