Principal Accountabilities:

  • The job scope includes but not limit to support Brokerage & Wealth Operations relevant BAU and handle various queries from internal and external stakeholders; Establish strong relationship with desk, other support functions and clients.
  • Liaise with stock exchanges, clearing houses, custodian banks and local third party depository banks.
  • Provide excellent client services to both dealing desk and external / internal customer by providing accurate, timely responses to queries and issues
  • Extensive contact with traders / dealers on a daily basis and should be able understand the pressures of working on a complex business.
  • Monitor all the day to day work to ensure all tasks are delivered within SLAs / agreed timeframes while at all times being aware of controls and policies and ensuring adherence by the team and the business.
  • Work closely with all business lines and other regional office to develop global infrastructure and platforms to standardize operating model to support growing business. 
  • Participate in various projects, new business objective and ongoing business improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years’ hands-on experiences in Securities firm or international financial institutions to support clearing & settlement of either Fixed Income business, brokerage business, or Asset Management businessinclude Fund Valuation and TA.   
  • Sound understanding of various FI / Equity products (Cash Bond, repo, MM, IRS, Cash Equities, Options, etc.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end trade life cycle and operational risk.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Investment, Business Administration or Economics.
  • Good command of English (both verbal & written) and Mandarin.
  • Be highly motivated, strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good problem-solving skill and can work under pressure.
