We are currently seeking an experienced Workforce Optimisation Manager. 

This role sits within the Workforce Management function of GCIO COO and will play a key part in shaping how we plan, manage and evolve our Global Technology workforce to meet business opportunities.

You will play a crucial role in planning and executing workforce optimisations within Technology. This position is accountable for delivering operating model benefits, including financial, headcount, and ratio improvements. The successful candidate will manage communications with key stakeholders, create detailed transformation plans, and oversee the management of business risks associated with headcount changes.

In this role you will:

  • Workforce Optimisation Planning - Supporting the workforce pillar lead to develop and lead transformation plans
  • Support NDA activities driven by the GCIO COO transformation team
  • Stakeholder Communication - managing effective communication with CIOs, operations managers, workforce leads, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on workforce optimisation plans
  • Facilitate regular updates and discussions to keep stakeholders informed of progress and challenges and key group transformation dates
  • Delivery Management - working with the TOM Simplification team collaborate as required with local HR and regional teams to ensure the successful delivery of workforce optimisations
  • Monitor the implementation of plans and ensure effective change control processes are maintained as necessary to meet objectives

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in regional or functional financial budgeting, strategic planning, communication, and people management processes for Technology essential
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Numerically literate, with ability to distil complex and varied data into meaningful information
  • Good process analysis and problem-solving skills, ability to identify process improvements
  • High integrity with the ability to work with sensitive information
