We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Workforce Insights Manager.

 

You’ll report to the (Chief Technical Office) Workforce Pillar Lead and be responsible for leveraging data analytics to provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and improve operational efficiency. You’ll need to be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful narratives.

In this role you’ll:

  • Produce impactful, data-driven narratives that successfully communicate insights for use at management meetings and other senior leadership sessions
  • Support the Head of Workforce Management and Operations Director in developing analytics to achieve end state workforce (location, shape and size of Chief Information Office Organisation)
  • Identify and visualise Chief Technical Office Infrastructure workforce trends, patterns, and insights to inform action plans, decision making, and improvements to people metrics (e.g. D&I, attrition, tenured contractors)
  • Use data-driven insights to drive Chief Technical Office Infrastucture workforce operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with the Chief Technical Office Workforce Management Pillar Lead, Operations Director and Operations Managers to understand their ongoing needs and develop appropriate insights and supporting narrative
  • Act as SME within Chief Technical Office team for Group Chief Information Office and Group data frameworks, applications and dashboards 
  • Ensure all insights are driven by an understanding of the divisions and bank-wide workforce strategy
  • Collaborate with Group Chief Information Office Workforce Management pillar to continuously improve workforce data, processes and insights

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Extensive experience in enterprise-scale analytics and insights design / creation in a workforce management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving results in complex, matrixed organisations
  • Ability to synthesise complex information to support data-driven decision making for positive business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of technology workforce management requirements for banks and knowledge of the external environment - regulatory, political, competitor and market
  • Experience of managing a team, with a focus on improving performance, engagement and productivity
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Ability to develop and maintain long term relationships with highly critical stakeholders internally and externally
  • Maintains expert knowledge of stakeholder requirements, competitor activities and market trends to influence future direction
