HR Technology requires an experienced Technology Programme Manager, initially to lead the technical delivery of the Talent Acquisition transformation over 2025 and 2026.
HSBC uses SAP Success Factors for its core HR platform and is implementing SAP Recruitment and Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform globally following a successful UK pilot go live in 2024. The incumbent of this role is responsible for the overall technical delivery across multiple workstreams to ensure benefits realisation.
In this role you will:
- Ensuring technical delivery aligns with business strategy, objectives and key results, actively participating in Quarterly Business Reviews and Quarterly Increment Planning sessions.
- Successful completion of technical deliverables across multiple workstreams, working with vendors and partner teams, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes.
- Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co-ordination
- Delivery, governance & reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Drive the use of Agile methodologies within the programme team.
- Ensure Technology programmes align to HSBC strategies and contribute to towards achieving strategic aims
- Ensuring that all Technology practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the Programme
- Manage programme budget, including headcount and software delivery capitalisation
- Manage negotiation with and management of, and service agreement monitoring of third-party contracts with Technology suppliers
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering Global Technology implementation programmes across multiple countries, vendors and workstreams.
- Must have experience delivering externally hosted, cloud based SaaS solutions using 3rd parties for effective delivery and support.
- Knowledge of HR systems with a focus on Success Factors and Eightfold is beneficial.
- Experience managing Programme budgets.
- Proven experience identifying potential risks of a Programme to ensure these are mitigated in a timely manner.
This role is based in Sheffield and offers hybrid working.
