Following extensive investment across our Technology and Digital domains and global expansion to 30 markets with a plan to extend beyond throughout 2026, we are currently seeking an experienced CRM Technologist for Recruiting to join CFIT – HR Technology. The role is SaaS based, within the Talent Acquisition Team. 

The Talent Management Systems Analyst will work within Talent Acquisition PODs supporting our portfolio of recruitment, talent intelligence, assessment, and video interview systems. With focus on delivering a rapidly changing backlog of work, aligned with business strategy and OKRs. Working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Product Owner to deliver continuous value to our customers and employees. 

The role will also be responsible for delivering change to our existing CRM solutions as well as providing tactical incident and problem recovery management, working closely with Tier 2 team members and our vendors to ensure the satisfactory resolution of incidents within service levels.

 

In this role you will:

  • Design, build and test end-to-end applications through close collaboration with other development team members.
  • Engineer products meet the highest standards of security and data privacy by implementing and following the HSBC Group security and data privacy principles from ideation to production release and beyond.
  • Engineer products that implement business logic, modern design patterns and architectural principles
  • Ensure product robustness and reliability by writing and executing unit and integration tests.
  • Write System Design documents and Functional Specifications.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues ensuring a timely resolution.
  • Support the delivery of initiatives that will involve HR systems such as SAP and other related technologies.
  • Build efficient and optimal solutions by challenging ideas/opinions.
  • Maintain effective control of the end-to-end application and service (including Development, UAT and Production).
  • Ensure service resilience supporting the existing SAAS solutions as part of the T3 team.

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Proven experience with a Talent Intelligence Platform (Eightfold preferable).
  • Background within a technical configuration role.
  • Good understanding of technology, best practices and skills needed in modern software development to be able to spare with your colleagues to develop in role as engineers.
  • Advantageous to have experience with HTML, CSS or JSON and responsive design techniques.
  • Experience with working in an agile development environment.
  • Be able to clearly convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders

 

Other desirable skills:

 

  • Knowledge of recruitment systems such as SAP Recruiting, Avature, Hirevue.
  • Technical background in IT Operations or Software Development

 

This role is based in Sheffield and offers hybrid working.
