We’re looking for a Source to Contract Operations Manager to join our Global Procurement team. This is a key role focused on strengthening our control environment, delivering regulatory remediation programmes, and overseeing risk and audit outcomes. You’ll act as a trusted partner across Procurement, Risk, and Control functions, ensuring our S2C processes meet regulatory and policy expectations and support business resilience.

In this role, you will:

 

  • Lead Audit & Regulatory Actions: Deliver follow-up activities linked to audits and self-identified issues across S2C, driving resolution and embedding sustainable process improvements.
  • Manage Risk & Controls Oversight: Monitor and strengthen controls aligned to the “Third Party Agreement” key control, ensuring alignment to internal risk frameworks and policy updates.
  • Deliver Contract Remediation Projects: Lead targeted contract uplift initiatives in response to new and incoming regulatory change (e.g. DORA), including managing temporary project staff and cross functional teams.
  • Provide Governance Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present monthly updates to senior forums including the Global Procurement Risk and Control Management Meeting.
  • Oversee Operational Support Teams: Provide assurance over services delivered by offshore operational support teams, ensuring process adherence, quality, and compliance.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Procurement Process Knowledge: Sound understanding of process for sourcing and contracting with third parties.
  • Strong Risk & Compliance Background: Proven experience in third-party risk management, procurement controls, or regulatory projects within a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Audit & Regulatory Familiarity: Hands-on experience responding to audit actions, MSii items, and managing process remediations tied to compliance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Ability to work across procurement, risk, legal, and business stakeholders to align and deliver on complex regulatory requirements.
  • Delivery Focus & Leadership: Able to lead project teams (including offshore), prioritise risk actions, and provide clarity and confidence around remediation plans.
