We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Solutions Analyst.
You’ll join an established delivery team accountable for the definition and delivery of initiatives and capabilities across the Unsecured Lending portfolio in the UK, primarily credit cards, embedded finance, and personal loans. Each initiative will present distinct delivery challenges, requiring effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and the flexibility to operate using traditional and agile delivery approaches.

In this role you will:
- Define solutions to meet agreed business requirements with clear traceability
- Deliver to agreed milestones, using iterative increments where it reduces risk and accelerates value, and re-plan transparently when priorities change
- Have responsibility to expand and iterate high level architecture into solutions that can be consumed by both IT and business teams within a value stream construct
- Act as the owner of the IT solution design and primary point of contact for multiple delivery teams
- Support the decomposition of capabilities into features to enable iterative delivery
- Ensure solution designs align to future state architecture, with deviations documented, agreed, and timebound where unavoidable
- Identify and manage risks early, with owners and mitigations; escalate promptly with impacts and recommended actions
- Facilitate inclusive, cross-team solution design to ensure decisions are clearly understood, agreed, and owned
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in a Solutions Analyst role is mandatory
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to look at the bigger picture
- The ability to build strong relationships to influence decisions and secure stakeholder advocacy, aligned to business goals and strategies
- Highly organised, with a clear, concise, and effective written communication style
- Flexible and creative problem-solving skills and able to adapt quickly and find practical solutions
- Demonstrative experience of interpreting technical information and translating it into clear, actionable business requirements
