Senior Technical Business Analyst

 

In this fantastic new role, you will join a growing team responsible for HSBC’s group-wide AI Strategy and driving adoption of AI and Generative AI at scale.

 

You will be supporting the delivery of HSBC’s AI governance framework, to oversee the safe and responsible use of AI across HSBC. You will collaborate with senior leadership across global business and functional lines, supporting compliance and alignment to group strategy.

In this role, you will:

 

  • Collaborate with the Group Responsible AI Product Lead and wider Group AIMS’ leadership team to help shape the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization across the AI Use Case Lifecycle to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market for AI projects whilst enabling effective governance, oversight and risk management.
  • Support efforts to help ensure relevant AI-related policies, procedures, and controls are implemented across the AI Use Case Lifecycle by enabling traceability and continuous compliance.
  • Gather Responsible AI requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and transform them into actionable solutions implemented within the Group AI Use Case Inventory and Lifecycle Management tool.
  • Work closely with a range of senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, and Technology, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
