Enterprise Technology is the Technology organisation responsible for the design, build and ongoing maintenance of the systems owned by the Group Functions (Risk, Compliance, Finance, Core Banking, Corporate Functions and Deputy COO). The organisation consists of over 8,000 people working in collaboration across 14 countries, to support over 3,000 applications.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborating with People product owners, People Technology Agile Lead and/or Scrum Master to deliver the People Capability (Learning & Talent) product backlog – involved in end-to-end change management including requirements gathering, analysis, design, and configuration.
  • Acting as subject matter expert for the Success Factors Talent and Learning system - keeping appraised of leading practices and future market trends and recommending innovative solutions.
  • Assessing the viability of new requirements and providing proposals and solutions to the business that meet business requirements, aligned with IT strategy.
  • Understanding HR processes and the impacts of system change - being comfortable completing Change Impact assessments.
  • Co-ordinating and delivering solution artefacts across the development lifecycle to implement change across the HR service lines.
  • Managing quality assurance requirements and tollgates, ensuring adherence to IT policy and procedures.
  • Supporting system upgrades and maintenance activities; not limited to the planning, scheduling, assessment and presentation of new features and their impact.
  • Proactively supporting incident and problem management in collaboration with peers.

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Must have SuccessFactors configuration experience within Talent, Succession, and Development Modules.
  • Advantageous to have experience with SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub, Growth Portfolio and Career pathing
  • Ideally have experience in other Successfactors modules (but not a must have).
  • Willingness to learn new skills including in other People technology product areas.
  • Have worked successfully within a DevOps / Agile team environment.
  • Proven self-starter who can operate and develop without close supervision.
  • Proven success at working directly with business customers to deliver end-to-end change.
  • Experience of core IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Release Management.
  • Experience of SaaS software and working with software vendors to keep abreast of developments, releases and roadmaps.

 

This role is based in Sheffield and offers hybrid working.
