Job Description
We are looking for a Kubernetes Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and help build, scale, and maintain our IKP infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems, automate processes, and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the infrastructure platform.
- Collaborate in diagnosing and resolving infrastructure and application issues.
- Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Kubernetes platform.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement reliability improvements.
- Weekend support required.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts and operations along with understanding of containerization and orchestration
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues and ability to work effectively within a team
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code
- Proficiency in observability and logging tools- Nginx, Ingress, Kubernetes, GKE, Datadog, Splunk
- Experience with Unix administration skills and Service Meshes is a plus
