We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Group AI Training and Engagement Analyst.

 

We are seeking a capable and motivated Group AI Training and Engagement Analyst to support HSBC’s responsible AI adoption journey. This role will focus on enabling colleagues across the organisation to use AI tools confidently and effectively, embedding a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. By working closely with AI experts and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to training programmes, engagement initiatives, and events that elevate AI literacy and empower employees to unlock new opportunities for productivity and innovation.

In this role, you will: 

 

  • Training Programme Support: Contribute to the design and delivery of tailored AI training plans via the AI Academy, helping colleagues build practical confidence with AI tools.
  • AI Ambassador Network: Support the management of HSBC’s AI Ambassador Network, fostering a community of practice and continuous learning.
  • Collaboration with Experts: Work with internal and external AI specialists to support cross-functional training and knowledge sharing.
  • Engagement & Communication: Assist in creating compelling presentations and communications that demonstrate the value and business impact of AI.
  • Event Management: Help manage a pipeline of AI-related events, workshops, and showcases, gathering feedback and tracking progress on AI literacy.

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Training Experience: Familiarity with supporting training programme development, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
  • AI & Emerging Tech Awareness: A foundational understanding of AI concepts, including exposure to generative AI and its applications in financial services.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Business & Strategic Awareness: Ability to support the identification of AI opportunities and contribute to adoption strategies.
  • Organisation & Collaboration: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate events, engage stakeholders, and support a culture of continuous learning.
