We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Group AI Engagement and Enablement Analyst.


We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Analyst, AI Engagement to support HSBC’s cultural adoption and organisational readiness for artificial intelligence. This role will help colleagues, leaders, and stakeholders understand, embrace, and responsibly apply AI across the bank. You will play a key part in creating engagement events, learning initiatives, and communications that inspire curiosity, build trust, and empower employees to integrate AI into their daily work.

In this role, you will: 

 

  • Cultural Adoption: Support programmes that encourage curiosity, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption across the organisation.
  • Engagement Events & Campaigns: Assist in delivering global AI initiatives such as showcases, hackathons, and workshops that inspire and equip employees.
  • Employee Enablement: Help create toolkits, resources, and learning paths that make AI practical and accessible for employees at all levels.
  • Leadership Engagement: Support senior leaders in understanding and advocating for AI, positioning them as champions for responsible use.
  • Communications & Storytelling: Contribute to narratives, campaigns, and success stories that simplify AI concepts and highlight business value.

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • AI/ML Awareness: An understanding of AI/ML technologies and their potential impact in financial services.
  • Financial Services Insight: Some exposure to financial services, including awareness of regulatory and competitive considerations.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to support frameworks and initiatives that assess organisational readiness and align with HSBC’s global objectives.
  • Governance & Risk Awareness: Awareness of responsible AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, work effectively in teams, and support cultural change.
