We are currently seeking an experienced professional to our Credit Risk / Secured Lending Portfolio Management Team in the role of Credit Risk Manager.
You’ll take a leading role at the heart of secured lending, shaping how data drives strategy, and decision-making, giving you real visibility, influence and the opportunity to deliver tangible impact across our mortgage portfolio.

In this role you will:
- Lead and enhance, the secured lending reporting suite, ensuring timely, accurate and insightful outputs
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc portfolio analysis to drive actionable insights and inform decision-making
- Manage stakeholder, regulator, and third-party information requests effectively
- Oversee data integrity, reporting quality, and continuous improvement of management information
- Lead reporting transformation initiatives, including migration to new data platforms (e.g. RDM, BigQuery, Looker)
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in portfolio management and credit strategy within financial services or data-drive environment
- Strong analytical and technical capability with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence to challenge constructively
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
- Experience leading, coaching or development junior colleagues
