This is a critical role in fulfilling GPB&W’s strategy. The successful applicant will work in the Global Private Banking and Wealth Domain supporting Programmes and Projects funded through the Value Stream. The GPB&W Value Stream covers both discretionary and non-discretionary initiatives spanning across multiple markets, capabilities, customer/client segments and propositions.
In this role you will:
- Gather, translate and clarify business requirements and define design options
- Capture, analyse and document business processes, customer journeys and product functionality, using supporting tooling such as JIRA and confluence.
- Participate in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning, tracking progress to stakeholder engagement.
- Requirements life-cycle management from discovery, analysis, implementation, UAT test script creation and management, release support and business readiness.
- Support project & programme SME's to provide the best solutions possible that brings the most value to stakeholders
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven ability to gather requirements and undertake data analysis - Essential
- Adept at delivering end to end project work to scope, time constraints, quality and budget - essential
- Strong working knowledge of Transformational Change, Change Methodologies (Agile & Safe), and Change Management Frameworks - essential
- Proven ability in Agile engineering practices such as Scrum, Kanban and LEAN - essential
- Experiece of working in a consumer based banking context is essential
- Experience of working within Private Banking or Wealth - desirable
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders, business sponsors and project teams - essential
This role will be based in Birmingham or Sheffield.
