HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking is our global business providing products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, instalment lending, mortgages and saving accounts, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking that best suit our customers’ needs.

In this role you will be:

  • Drive sales performance across Retail Products, ensuring achievement and delivery of PE on NTB, Revolving & Borrowing
  • Support branch manager in planning, executing and tracking sales strategies to deliver the branch’s plan
  • Lead and coach the team on pipeline management, activity planning & conversion
  • Actively monitor sales productivity, taking timely actions to enhance performance, where needed
  • Ensure consistent sales cadence, quality conversations & performance management through regular reviews
  • Support delivery of customer centric sales while balancing revenue growth, operational efficiency & cost control
  • To assist the Branch Manager to plan, direct, control sales & services, specifically, to lead RBWM teams and exceed targets set for the segments
  • To ensure excellent quality service is provided and cross sell opportunities are maximized while maintaining the required controls
  • To support the Branch Manager in the delivery of customer driven service & sales, efficiency of service capability, operational quality and control of costs to meet the branch plan
  • To deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Graduation degree is REQUIRED – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
  • Previous experience in a significant operations/retail banking role
  • Time management and the ability to meet deadlines are valued attributes
  • Effective people management and interpersonal skills are essential
