We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  • To maximize the revenues of customer portfolio and increase the Bank’s share of customers wallets
  • To maintain a high level of credit quality in the jobholder’s customer portfolio and to mitigate the hidden risks of the evolving Banking products.
  • To build effective customer relationships and to become the customers’ preferred financial partner and trusted advisor.
  • To coordinate the CST to ensure the clients’ needs are covered in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • To support Banking management in operational and strategic issues.
  • To follow the trend and development of the sector/industries and able to respond to business opportunity faster than the Bank’s competitors.
  • To preserve HSBC’s reputation by strictly complying with internal and external policies and  regulations.
  • To coordinate/lead internal projects in relation to compliance and internal control, from RM perspectives;
Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 10-15 year working experience in banking industry, and preferably with at least 5 years experience in FI sector;
  • Proven track record of the ability to drive new business initiatives by pulling resources effectively;
  • Proven track record of strong leadership in project based work, portfolio management, or people management;
  • Good portfolio management skills and good knowledge of FIG products
  • Good understanding of risk management and risk mitigation, strong sense of compliance
  • Good command of problem solving, (verbal and written) presentation skill and leadership skill.
