We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- Application support/management, Including scoped application metrics/reports
- Develop automation tools for service management, support ITSO on their application monitoring, including disruptive incident monitoring, MTTR, LTTD
- Monitor and improve system performance, optimizing RTB cost, latency, and resilience. Drive continuous improvement in service health and resilience.
- Provide data and documentation to internal and external auditors, including walkthroughs and reports.
- Research, develop, and implement new solutions to reduce manual work and effort.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to embed ITSO/ITSO delegators into the department by setting technical direction, best practices and operational standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within Engineering
- Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders and internal technical teams.
- Maintain proactive relationships with external 3rd vendors.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and be comfortable working in a multi-cultured/global environment.
- Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and within a diverse team environment.
- Experience in SRE Or production support role, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks (AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk), and monitoring systems.
- Proven experience maintaining highly available, low-latency systems in a regulated industry (preferably banking, fintech, or insurance).
