Within CIB, Securities Services provides robust and reliable solutions that help clients mitigate risk and enhance their business performance. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services. 

 

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will:

  • To handle daily securities settlement of A-share, B-share, CIBM market;
  • To work with CSDCC, clients, and local/overseas counterparties for daily transactions;
  • To handle the non-trade transfer resulted from NCBO and error trade;
  • To handle and answer trade-related customer inquiries and requests;
  • To prepare trade statistics reports and statements etc for clients;
  • To handle QFII clearing bank transaction; Index Futures related transaction; GDR related
  • transaction; IRS related transaction; Margin Finance and short selling;
  • To adhere to the relevant guidelines, procedures and SLAs in terms of deadlines and quality;
  • To take shift as required by the job,
  • To accept/perform any additional tasks/job arrangement assigned by the supervisors. 

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Good command in English. 
  • Passed Securities Association of China examinations of securities fundamental and trading.
  • Have supervisory experience in the custodian bank or securities industry, and be familiar with the QFII/RQFII business and have broad knowledge of corporate action process of A/B-share, CIBM markets. 
  • Able to work independently under pressure. 
  • Be competent professionally to apply market/regulatory requirements into bank procedures that are smoothly workable in the day-to-day process. 
  • Be able to receive changes with strong leadership. 
  • Excellent communication skill.
