We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will:

  • To initiate and develop HSBC’s cash management business with prospective GC/IMM customers, with focus on various GPS (Global  Payment Solutions )  products such as A/R, A/P, liquidity and channel management
  • To develop a new GC/IMM GPS customer base in respective region and actively develop a healthy continuous source of new PRC customers
  • To proactively work with  CIB  (Corporate and Institutional Banking) relationship managers to win new GPS deals
  • To proactively and closely work with GPS Product and Client Management team to provide excellent service to meet customer satisfaction
  • To promote HSBC’s profile and brand name in cash management business in the market
  • To cross-sell other banking products

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

•     Minimum 10 years’ experience in transaction banking, cash management, or payments, with experience in a sales leadership role will be a plus.
•     Strong knowledge and GPS solution experience.
•     Proven track record of team leadership from strategy to execution with solid deliverables.
•     Strong understanding of treasury operations and how they evolve as companies expand internationally, including common pain points, enablers, and scalability needs.
•     Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues;
•     Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
•     Ability to understand customer business and the fundamentals of running a business.
