We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst, Tech Center Operations.

Principal responsibilities

• Site lead of operations management in Shanghai office, support VIP visit.
• Build good relationship internnally and externally, enhance the external relationship via industual wise events, exchanges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as facilities, security, and HR departments to deliver seamless services to all staff by fostering strong partnerships and communication channels with stakeholder. 
• Responsible for site operations management including meeting/training room management, courier, locker management, inventory and stroe room management.
• Staff engagement, non tech vendor management. Devise and monitor procedures and guidelines related to site and inventory management.

Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill; proficient in email communication and reporting, business writing
• Able to work independently, and with experience of working with diverse teams
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking
• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge in HSBC project management
• Working in a global team with different cultures will be an advantage
• 5 years or above working experience
