We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will:

•Perform general secretarial duties including not limited to preparing of travel arrangement, coordinating meetings, reports, filing and diary management etc
•Assist to coordinate daily business affairs and keep track on implementation of business decision
•Provide and collate appropriate customer information and financial reports in agreed format for meetings and business trips
•Coordinate and arrange meetings/client visits/logistics for high-level visits from both internal and external 
•Validate and control department administrative cost to ensure the costs are valid and appropriately spent
•Implement bank-wide/departmental projects as required
•Assist Market Head of PB China to drive business initiatives
•Assist Market Head of PB China to implement and observe compliance policy to minimize deficiencies occurring
•Optimize relations with relevant internal and external stakeholders
•Act as department administrative assistant to manage office admin affairs and to guide department staffs

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

•2-5 years related working experience
•Fluent in Chinese and English with Oral and Written
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications 
•Trustable, careful, communicative and ability to work as a team member; Diligence and precise working style
•Self-motivated individual with problem solving skills
•Able to work with good level of independency
•Familiar with internal systems would be a plus.
