We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Clear understanding of GPB business objectives, growth drivers and meeting / conversion targets;
- Day-to day closely collaborate with all required stakeholders to drive delivery against business targets in a cost-effective manner;
- Exposure in working with the HNW & UHNW client segment including a deep understanding of client needs, pain points, objections to have sufficient insight to create meaningful impactful money cannot buy experiences;
- The role holder will provide high-quality end-to-end execution in marketing events and campaigns for GPB in accordance with HSBC standard policies;
- Implement & execute required omni-channel campaigns (events, online engagement etc.) which are aligned to business, customer and brand objectives, which ensure the HSBC brand is promoted in a cohesive and consistent way, and meet required ROMI thresholds;
- Maintain rigorous review of cost efficiency (ROMI) vs impact of client activation activities;
- Work with external agencies to ensure flawless execution of events and gift campaigns;
- Ensure the process and procedures (procurement, contract signing, event implementation, payment, etc.) are carried out in accordance with HSBC policies and standards and complied with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- University level education, preferably with over 5 years of experience in business, marketing or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in marketing, esp. in event management working with HNW/UHNW segments.
- Customer-focused; results-oriented; ability to deliver within deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Relevant experiences in project management/event management
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across stakeholder groups
- Energetic, positive attitude and team player
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
