Distribution Development Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1.Have deep understanding about HSBC Broker strategy and target customer profile. Can identify opportunities to acquire customers, cross-sell and up-sell, so as to achieve efficiency. Design and execute effective and flexible customer acquisition strategy closely in line with distribution strategy, e.g. events and campaign, which allows frontline to effectively acquire customers. Lead overall Customer Lifecycle Management(CLCM) and continually deepening relationships with clients. Provide support to Frontline Management from guidance, rules and governance perspective
2.Marketing and Brand management: Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, target markets and customer segments which integrates with and contributes to the global brand and marketing strategies. Work closely with the sales team based on the strategy of frontline marketing and overall frontline communication agenda in an effective and timely manner.
3.Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing CLCM budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking of expenditures and monthly reporting on marketing operations. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing investments and adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure detailed, accurate working records are properly documented, and can be easily accessed by authorized staff.
4.Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment. Ensure self and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meets HSBC standards and procedures. Support achievement of the HSBC vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behavior, actions and decision making.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1.Relevant experience in event and communication management, or broad scope sales, marketing experience or operation experience in insurance industry. Able to co-opt stakeholders and manage distribution demands. Able to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
2.Proven skills on people & capability development from hiring, training and recognition framework to fulfill business strategy
3.Strong leadership quality in managing multiple variation in team members job scope and seniority profile
4.Strong Microsoft application knowledge and Project management is a plus
5.Proficient language skills in both English & Mandarin.
