This team partners closely with business teams to drive simplification and deliver exceptional customer outcomes in Asia and the Middle East region which covers 26 markets, 600+ offices and branches, and more than 140,000 employees. By strengthening our control environment and enhancing risk management, we drive operational excellence and enable the bank to deliver focused and sustainable growth in this super-region.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
To provide support to internal staff on several of services and maintain office daily operations. To handle assigning and inventory of Key in proper control and management. To handle chop management.
To coordinate Account Payable team to handle the branch vendor payment and staff reimbursement and relative documents filing.
To review the due contracts of SPT COO related. To safeguard the COO related contracts in a good condition.
To ensure strict compliance of internal and external rules and regulations in all COO operations related aspects
To implement strict cost discipline within the Sub-Branch and maximizing the utilization of resources in all COO operations related aspects.
To maintain good relationships with external regulators correspondence affairs.
To coordinate and control all matters relating to IT, such as Hardware Maintenance, Banking system support, server room management, account application—user account/profile setup etc, and ensure a day-to-day bank data saved as per internal guideline.
To assist maintenance & repairing task of all bank furniture, equipments and environment in a tidy and good status.
To prepare Sub-branch Security related documents of SPT for audit check.
To organize and complete monthly branch meeting and related documents filling.
To complete other assignments from line manager.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree graduates
- At least one to three years working experience
- Proficient in Chinese and English Language, both written and spoken. Good presentation skills.
- To meet customers’ expectations by delivering excellent services.
- Good business acumen, customer-oriented attitude, strong analytic and reasoning skills
- Good management and decision making skills
- Good communication skills and has the ability to build relationship and work with a wide range of organizations and individuals.
- Strong implementation ability and influencing others cross-functionally to deliver on results.
- Ability to think broadly and still achieve a high attention to details.
