We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- This role may align to a function or global business; they are responsible for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable and quantifiable improvements.
- This will typically include researching and benchmarking to best business practices, collating and analyzing process data, providing consultancy support to the business/making recommendations, stakeholder management and delivering simplified processes that increase productivity and cost savings.
- The role holder will carry out activities which include most of the below:
• Actively identify initiate and take lead in projects for frontline communications, including but not limited to, Library Maintenance, Weekly Q&A and communication, Training Video and other material, periodicly attaching.
• Participate and provide support in initiatives to improve processing efficiencies which may involve work flow management and automation enhancement
• Support daily/monthly Scorecard or other MI Report.
• Participate and provide support in activities such as data gathering, fact finding, requirements gathering and solution design
• Examine and analyse data to detect trends and anomalies or to evaluate business activities
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- University / College degree or combination of equivalent education and experience in banking or related industry.
- 5 years of related and / or cross functional experience in industry.
- Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for financial results for a relatively complex functional area.
- Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines within the organization.
- Experience in data analyzing and Scorecard.
- Skillful in Excel & SQL.
