In this role, you will:

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation of GPB risk and control strategy. The role will facilitate business to achieve consistent and effective implementation of global FIM and local policies/procedures.
  • Assist with the oversight of the marketing events and ex-post check, including client event nomination, client's privilege review and etc
  • Collect and consolidate all GPB non-financial risk KPI and maintain the GPB scorecard framework
  • Licensing, accreditation and registration. Ensure business and personnel activities are operated within the licensed scope and with proper registration
  • Setup GPB staff end to end training framework
  • Other first line of defense tasks where required

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of banking regulatory and compliance requirements in China
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Business Control or First Line Control
  • Attention to details and solution oriented
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal business units and stakeholders
  • Solid problem-solving ability
