We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Assist to embed the IWPB Incentive Framework within HSBC Expat, and ensure consistency in Incentive Framework across IWPB
- Provide data support to incentive scheme and management team for insight
- Actively identify initiate and take lead in projects to support incentive allocation and facilitate incentive calibration
- Conduct analysis on incentive distribution to drive business performance to support IWPB strategy
- Design Recognition Programs/ Sales Campaign according to group guidance
- Attrition, headcount management and other people related tasks
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- 3 years above incentive, or data or performance management experience.
- Bachelor or above education background.
- Self-motivated, independent and good team worker.
- Good excel and data skill preferred, with strong analytical, organizational, and strategic and/or operational planning skills. Lateral thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues.
- Excellent communicator with strong collaborative, inter-personal and influencing skills.
- Good time management skill and a positive disposition are needed to cope with the process of heavy workload.
