We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Customer Proposition Manager.

Job Duties: 

• Handle routine Proposition operation related to cross border, new acqusition and portfolio management
 • take lead in WMC business includng routine operation, regulator reporting, collboraition with HASE and new policy facilitation & implementation. 
 • Assite on local/cross border proposition design and implementation with collaboration of HASE and management of external partners. 
• Lead on cross border new initiative/project and acuqisition strategy to support onshore customer growth and referral business momentum
• Internal co-work to ensure the achievement of referral target and increase of offshore customer quality 
• Co-work within the team to support customer privilege/event under the framework of cross border strategy

Job Requirements: 

• University degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant banking experience and project management experience is preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Cantonese speaking is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure
