Job description

- Oversee a team of processors and checkers handling high-value transactions for both onshore and offshore investment products

- Ensure that all client queries are responded to promptly, accurately and comprehensively

- Maintain internal control standards including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, addressing any issues raised by external auditors

- Monitor key performance indicator

- Lead changes to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years' financial investment products-related experience required
- In-depth knowledge of fund operations related to trades of domestic/overseas securities, derivatives, FX etc.

- Customer service oriented attitude

- Excellent problem solving skill

- Good command of written and spoken English and Korean

- Strong team player
