Transaction Services Analyst Support (1년 계약직 행원급)

Job Description

• This position is accountable for Export transaction processed in GTRF Services.
• To ensure that transactions are processed accurately and that transactions are passed without defects.
• The job holder will process trade transactions, identify and resolve trade capture errors (including exception management), reconcile trade activity between system of record and any trade-related documentation, ensure all trade activity is confirmed and escalate any issues relating to the trade transactions
• Job knowledge for trade rules and regulations is required.
• To perform day to day trade processing and provide expertise customer’s enquires and needs.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge for Trade Service Operations
• Relevant experience in Trade (especially Import & Guarantee) preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Korean
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of MS office
• Good command of multi-tasking skills
• Good command of punctuality
