Job Description

• To support the team lead to maintain the scope, responsibilities and materiality of MSS (Markets & Security Services) Operations coverage in Korea.
• To collaborate with Market Treasury to maintain overall bank cash liquidity management.
• To perform regulatory reporting around various MSS products including FX, Derivatives, Fixed Income etc.
• To co-ordinate with members in offshore service center to ensure daily operations is effectively performed.
• To handle queries from internal and external clients.
• To provide best class customer service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of overall banking / operation procedure
• Preferable in Knowledge of MSS products
• Preferable in MS Excel and AI tools
• Good communication skills with solid command of written and spoken English/Korean
• Strong team player
• Client Service oriented attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with various departments and overseas offices
