Officer, Static Data, Direct Custody and Clearing, HSS (1년 계약직 행원급)

Job Description

• DCC direct/indirect clients profile management
• Securities & Cash accounts management such as opening/closing/changes under custody in Direct Custody and Clearing in DCC Korea
• Static Data maintenance and management such as ISIN, TAX
• Client transition in/out management from/to other local custodian or global custodian
• TREATS/Margin set up and management to support various FX model from clients
• Proxy agent role as local custodian to provide client documents to open/change securities transaction account with securities companies
• Co-operation with global service center in relation with static data management

Qualifications

• Good command of Korean and English in writing & speaking
• Good use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Good communication skills for internal and external clients
• Good understanding of overall banking transactions and operational policy and procedure
• Strong attention to details with accuracy
• Good process analysis and problem solving skills
• Strong team / Customer Service oriented attitude
• Sufficient knowledge in various banking systems, policy, procedure, and operational risk
