Job Description

Korea Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF) and Bank of Korea (BOK) have jointly launched the Korea Market Reform on deliverable KRW FX and KTB Market changes which will offer more flexibilities for foreign banks to access to KRW transactions. This change has continued since 2023 and MOEF recently expanded the changes to 24 hour FX trading and offshore KRW settlement. MOEF has also initiated the market changes on equity transactions. This position will be mainly responsible to support the change execution front to back within MSS.  The key roles will include following.

• lead a project on the change execution within MSS in assistant to MSS COO team
• organize meetings, surveys, and engage in concerned teams
• research and analyze information or practices in region and group offices
• document the internal operational procedures and controls
• assist system static data reviews associated to the change delivery
• monitor the change implementation progress

Qualifications

• Around 4~5 year financial industry working experience
• Project leads experience
• FX, Bonds transaction or products knowledge
• Efficient engagement with various teams
• Strong communications in English/Korean language
• Good at documentation
