Job Description

  • The purpose of this role is to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and that transactions are passed without defects.
  • Perform daily processing in payment operation
  • Handle queries relating to payment processing
  • Handle payment investigations & verifications
  • Reconciliation of accounts for payment processing
  • Document check in line with FX regulation
  • Support/Engage the project

Qualifications

  • Good in spoken and written English and Korean
  • Working in Operations or similar area for around 3 years
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of overall banking/operation procedure
  • Teamwork/customer service oriented attitude
