We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Analyst, Client Management/GCB 6. 

[Job Description]

  • Collaborate with the CIB banking Client Servicing team to achieve overall team targets and objectives
  • Gather and analyze information from various sources to assist Relationship Managers and clients effectively including supporting RM's client portfolio update and revenue mapping
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new business and products, conduct client due diligence renewals, and manage remediation projects
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure the timely completion of the Know Your Customer(KYC) process, credit related work, and account opening
  • Execute and assist in the approval of Low/Medium risk periodic review Client Due Diligence profile
  • Ensure that stakeholder expectations are met with highest level of professionalism and communicate/liaise with internal parties to resolve internal/external customer concerns/issues

[Qualification]

  • Solid understanding of banking operations, products, and services
  • Excellent client servicing skills with the ability to prioritize completing demands
  • Ability to work independently but also as a team player, with highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Results-focused, with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent analysis and problem solving skills, proficient in Microsoft Office,
  • Fluency in English and Korean
  • Relevant work experience supporting Relationship Managers or Sales teams in a financial institution (preferred)
  • Experience and knowledge related to bank products (Client Due Diligence, Global Market, Credit and Deposit) are preferred
  • A person for learning about client facing skills, client onboarding, and client due diligence knowledge
