Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform activities related to Risk & Control Framework such as control monitoring, review and testing;
• Manage Internal Events across Operations teams including escalation, root cause identification, business impact analysis and define/address action plans to avoid recurrencies;
• Register the Internal Events, Issues and Actions into Helios System and prepare the Closure Packs once steps are completed;
• Act as Third Party Engagement Management performing the oversight of the Operations Engagements in OneTPM system;
• Gather Metrics & Indicators from Operations teams, compile the data to be presented in the Local and Regional Forums (BCC and others);
• Business Management supporting FRP Process with the bottom-up and work force plan;
• Reconciliation production, breaks reporting, investigation and resolution monitoring, and monthly substantiation.
