Job description
The HBBZ MI Analyst, supports the month-end MI close and performance management cycle by generating accurate management information, completing reconciliations against accounting numbers, variance analysis, and submitting validated MI numbers into TM1 on time. The role helps ensure strong data quality, controls, and clear performance insights to enable effective decision-making across Finance and the wider business.
Key responsibilities:
- Support core FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning;
- Coordinating inputs from stakeholders, maintaining planning templates and key assumptions;
- Consolidate submissions, helping identify risks and opportunities through driver-based analysis – so plans remain robust, well-governed, and aligned to business priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related fields;
- Working experience in Finance over 5 years;Good communication skill in both Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus;
- Good financial skills or experiences with an ability to identify key business drivers;
- Strong problem-solving ability and analysis skill are mandatory;
- Able to manage effective relationships with other stakeholders;
- High degree of self-motivation to achieve results inspiring trust in others;
- Ability to critically review and challenge Numbers.
