The opportunity: Global Payment Solutions Sales

This role is part of Global Payment Solution (GPS) team within Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) in HSBC. The purpose of this role is to maintain and enhance new and existing relationships to deliver innovative Global Payment solutions to new client and existing portfolio of clients with the goal to maximize commercial profitability.
 
What you will do: 

You will be recognized as client focused with an ability to display competent knowledge of relevant products and services within the jobholder’s area of responsibility.

You will also take responsibility for dealing with all aspects of customer GPS related requests and needs.

In this role you will:

•    Lead sales activities relating to global payment solutions products 
•    Assist with identifying opportunities within the existing portfolio assisting with follow-up actions including call reports and opportunity tracking. 
•    Review client portfolios to determine gaps in cash management products or opportunities to expand existing relationships.
•    Acting as a key point of contact to customers and the frontline to provide ongoing day to day support.
•    Attend client meetings as necessary.
•    Prepare all relevant pre and post customer documentation and coordination of products/solutions which suit customer needs. 
•    Work effectively in partnership with other teams to deepen customer relationships and support/diversify revenue streams, ensuring client expectations are met.
•    Supporting on day to day activities including client planning, pipeline management and coordination with product partners.
•    Identify process pain points, client’s requirements, industry trends and support improvements to achieve better client outcomes.

You should apply if you have: 

•    Experience in the financial of fintech sector is beneficial . Ideally experience in Cards, Payments, Bank Integrations, Digital Channels and Liquidity Solutions. 
•    Experience in a client focused environment
•    Good organizational and time management abilities, ability to working with various stakeholders
•    Ability to multitask and work under pressure whilst continually looking for improvements in performance and processes. 
•    Strong interpersonal skills to interact appropriately with Client Senior Management 
•    Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
•    Sound analytical skills – an added advantage.
•    Excellent communications and written skills in Hebrew & English
•    Are living in Israel
