We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Subject Matter Expert -  Counterparty Credit Risk  -  Collateral and Risk Manila. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

 

  • Identifying the breaks between various front end trading systems and the risk portal systems working towards the remediation.
  • Investigating and reporting credit risk arising from trading activities against approved limits
  • Reporting and analyzing the cause of variation and addressing the issues to correct the same.
  • Investigating and reporting credit risk arising from trading activities against the utilizations shown in risk systems
  • Provide regular information to Traded Credit Risk Control managers on the performance of the team in terms of capacity and quality of output.
  • Interact with Traded Risk Control Managers and other risk managers on a regular basis to understand the Risk systems and organization roadmap to ensure that impact and opportunities for the offshore team are identified in time.

 

Job Requirements: 

 

•      A degree / qualification in Finance, Economics, Commerce or equivalent or previous experience in Risk management (Credit Risk)

•      Knowledge of Credit Risk, Treasury products, operations, systems and related regulations.

•      Knowledge of group risk systems, primary trading systems and static data systems desirable

•      Knowledge Financial Services sector, terminology and issues an advantage.

•      Knowledge of programming in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Excel and Structured Query Language (SQL) would be an advantage

•      Previous experience in a Traded Credit Risk Control management environment is highly desirable.

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
