Job Responsibilities: 

 

  • Confirmation, reparation, matching and monitoring against blotter and counterparty.
  • Prepares client reports.
  • System: static maintenance, input settlement and/or fixing details
  • Follow up discrepancies / un-reconciled breaks.
  • Participates in systems testing (UAT) whenever required / assigned.
  • Handles queries from MKT colleagues and refer them to appropriate parties if necessary.
  • Contribute towards the development and performance of the team.
  • Ensure settlement activities comply with all relevant Bank policies, procedures, GSM, FIM and DIM
  • Proven in-depth experience in FX settlement and client statement

Job Requirements: 

 

  • Experience in securities and investment industry 
  • PC skills preferable with SWIFT experience
  • Good judgement and decision-making skill
  • Knowledge of operation of Euroclear and BBH system and other custodian platform
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
