We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Processor - Settlements Operations - EUROPE SECURITIES SETTLEMENTS.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Trade confirmation, reparation, matching and monitoring against trade blotter and counterparty.
  • Prepares settlement instructions and reports funding.
  • System: static maintenance, input settlement and/or fixing details
  • Follow up discrepancies / un-reconciled breaks.
  • Participates in systems testing (UAT) whenever required / assigned.
  • Ensure settlement activities comply with all relevant Bank policies, procedures, GSM, FIM and DIM.
  • Investigation of securities and cash reconciliation differences.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge /experience in securities and investment industry is preferred
  • University graduate/degree holder
  • Knowledge of use of Microsoft Excel
  • Good numerical abilities
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken         
  • Exhibits commitment and resilience
  • PC literate with good working knowledge of MS Office

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
