We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Processing - Collateral Services
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with London, Hong Kong, Paris and New York business partners to implement the global strategic model. This involves building relationships between onshore and offshore teams to increase efficiencies and to create best practice.
- Ensure processes complies with FIM (Functional Instruction Manual)
- Periodical MI (Management Information) submitted accurately and in line with customer and business needs.
- Monitor team’s performance. Productivity and quality of work are monitored and achieved. Daily work is timely managed and completed within agreed timelines and cut offs, in accordance with procedures.
- Effectively manage implementations of reporting tools and guidelines for all processes, identifying and escalating issues for resolution as appropriate.
- Ensure effective workflow management to meet timelines and quality levels, always checking and maintaining effective resource utilization.
- To ensure codification of legal agreements, issuance and bookings of margin calls/interest, identification of failed settlements, reconciliations and dispute investigations are performed. Where approvals are required, each item are checked and reviewed in accordance with policies and procedures. This includes client valuation and regulatory reporting requirements.

- People & Employee Management
- Responsible for the review of new business initiatives relating to collateral optimization in Collateral functions and the process impact to Collateral Operations e.g. FXPB (Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage) , Repo (Repurchase Agreement), Equity business. Aligning the various businesses.
- To build out an effective team covering Collateral Services tasks daily. This will require the individual to understand and educate their team, be able to work with multiple business stakeholders and communicate constructively and concisely.
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders and updating on the regulatory impact coming out of North America and Europe. Managing stakeholder queries.
- Good understanding of financial products, including equity/fixed income OTC (Over the Counter) derivative, FX (Foreign Exchange) products and knowledge of ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) / CSA (Credit Support Annexe) is a bonus.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
