We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Employee Compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance across different stakeholders on matters pertaining to Employee Conduct activities
- Preparation of various papers which need to be presented to different risk forums providing a deep dive into all aspects of Conflicts of Interest from a Global and regional perspective
- Working with team to provide analysis and reports on provided data
- Assisting with development, launch and refinement of ECA tool globally
Job Requirements:
- Providing guidance to stakeholders on matters pertaining to Employee Conduct activities
- Lead a team of high performing individuals
- Handle the Employee Conduct activities on a day to day basis which includes BAU activities and quality checks
- Challenge the inputs on the ECA forms and provide guidance as required
- To ensure delivery of comprehensive Management Information (MI)
- To proactively identify and support in the management of significant new or emerging risks from an Employee Compliance perspective
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
- Lead by example, demonstrating core behaviors and values including teamwork, focus, drive and determination
- Support the continuing development, implementation and improvement of the processes, capabilities, capacity and infrastructure needed to effectively manage RC risks in a changing environment
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
