Job Responsibilities: 

 

  • Ensuring the end-to-end integrity of Risk and Valuation Data by executing enhanced controls for the data to be readily consumed by all consumers including Traded Risk, Finance, Collateral etc.
  • Lead and coach a team of risk analysts/associates to deliver high-quality counterparty credit risk operational support.
  • Oversee counterparty limit and exposure maintenance, ensuring completeness, accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Review and manage key reconciliations and exception reporting, investigating breaks and driving remediation to closure.
  • Provide regular management information on capacity, quality, issues and remediation progress to senior management and onshore stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across sites and functions to enable smooth end-to-end delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement across workflows, controls and hand-offs, reducing repeat errors and strengthening standardization.
  • Ensure effective coverage through training, cross-skilling and robust backup arrangements across critical activities.
  • Escalate issues promptly and promote a strong “no surprises” risk and control culture.

 

Job Requirements: 

 

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk concepts and familiarity with treasury/traded products and risk operations.
  • Proven people management capability, including performance management, coaching and developing team capability.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reconciliations, issue investigation and root-cause remediation.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence engaging stakeholders across regions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on controls, data quality and operational discipline.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timelines in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Advanced Excel capability.
